We take care of you every step of the way with a hassle-free 15-day return policy without any questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bashir Imports, we will provide you with an exchange, replacement or return within the guidelines outlined below. Bashir Imports policy applies to all purchases.

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 15 days of receiving your item.

As soon as you receive your order, please assess it and contact us immediately if it appears to be defective, damaged, not what you expected, or if the item is the wrong one.

We will only accept returned or exchanged goods if they are properly packaged, and if they are in sellable condition.

When opening a parcel, customers should make a video to determine if there is any damage, short contents, or incorrect items. As we are not able to fix responsibility for any video or video made after opening the parcel, we cannot process any claim.

A return is only possible if the item is in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with its tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Along with the article, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned. Make sure the original packaging is placed in a carton or bubble wrapped and does not have any writing or tape on it.

Customers should send their dispatch receipt to the above mentioned WhatsApp number once their parcel is shipped to Hypergears, and let us know after 4 days if the parcel has been received. We will check and process your returned product within two (2) business days once it reaches our fulfillment center. The refund will appear in your account four (4) business days after the return is processed. Refund requests should be sent with the customer’s complete bank account information or Easypaisa account information. You don’t need to remind us about refunds since hypergears will send screenshots once they’ve been completed.

For items with free delivery, delivery charges are deducted from the refund (usually Rs 300 or 500) since couriers charge delivery charges for all packages.

We will not accept returned items without first requesting a return.

Products such as perishable food, flowers, and plants, custom items (for special orders or personalized items), as well as items that are on sale or gift cards are not returnable.

A request for an exchange or return may be rejected by Bashirimports .
